Kettlebell Training
Here is a workout that will get you into fighting shape. Kettlebells, Stability balls, and Bosu balls are used to develop a solid base of flexibility, stability, strength and endurance in the entire body. Take your training sessions to the next level with this exciting fitness program designed for all levels.

Lindy Hop Swing Dance Classes
Lindy Hoppers Unlimited offers lindy hop swing dance classes in 8-week sessions with George Matysek & Ilhye Yoon on Tuesday nights. Swing dancing is a fun way to exercise and meet new people. (No partner needed to sign up!)

Fees: : 8-week session is $72/person for registered Big Vanilla members and $96/person for all others. Cost includes 8 one-hour lessons and free admission to the DJ dance. The DJ dance is only $5 for those not signed up for lessons.
Senior Lunch Bunch
Senior Lunch Bunch will consist of 30 minutes of low impact aerobic conditioning exercises followed by 30 minutes of strength conditioning and appropriate stretching exercises for persons 55 years +. On occasion, the class will have various themes such as music from the 50’s and 60’s, Country, Hawaiian, etc. Attention will be given to target heart rate training, and modifications for exercises will be shown. Members will be getting fit and socializing with their peers simultaneously.
The Buddy System
Weight training with a partner is more fun! In this small group setting you will learn new exercises, how to spot a lifting buddy, proper lifting form and how motivating a training cohort can be. All fitness levels are welcome and bringing a buddy is optional. Class size is limited to 4 participants because workouts are individualized. Minimum 2 participants.

Mom Power
Pre and post natal training specialist, Laura Seebeck, is ready to help you safely maintain your fitness level throughout your nine months or get in shape for the first time to have a healthy and easier birth. If your baby has arrived via natural delivery or by caesarean, Laura has the expertise to help you gently return to your pre baby shape or better. Sta-Ball Base
This total-body workout focuses on increased core strength, stamina, and flexibility. Each workout, choreographed to music, is presented to flow from warm up, through exercises, to final stretch. You will feel relaxed, rejuvenated, invigorated, and strong.

Traditional Total-Body Workout
Go back to the basics with this no bells or whistles workout. Traditional calisthenics, boxing, jump rope, and military drills, all of which Heather has learned while serving 8 years active duty military, will be incorporated. Strengthen, tone, and give your body an outstanding aerobic workout while improving self discipline and teamwork skills.

“Real Deal” Pro-Boxing Camp
Train just like the pros! Jump speed-rope, hit focus-mitts and heavy bag, shadow box and work with the medicine ball, under direction of Ex Pro-Boxer, Erica Sugar. Have a fantastic and fun workout and stay fit while learning punching techniques and footwork!

Combat Calisthenix II
Your average workout has just been taken up a notch. By popular demand I’m back with more fun, innovative, and calorie burning moves. Combat Calesthenix II utilizes the same factors as the original but adds a higher level of intensity for those advanced warriors. Want to put on some gloves and get busy? Well let’s do it again. B-Camp
Innovative boot camp training evolved into a unique and personalized challenge. The focus is on transformation through strength training, core stability, yoga exercises and mental toughness for goal achievement. Program includes nutritional guidance for weight loss and athletic performance. Instructor has military training (airborne infantry) and coached boxing for ten years at the U.S. Naval Academy. Program designed for all levels.

All-American Athletic Conditioning
Strength and conditioning for high school/college athletes designed by a fitness professional. This is a 6-week program.

Special Needs Training
Exercise has been proven to be beneficial for children and adults with Autism, ADHD and many attention and hyperactivity issues. The process of detoxification and release of unused energy have positive effects on mood, alertness and motor control. Big Vanilla employs trainers who have shown great skill and unparallel patience while training clients who have special needs.
