"We have all heard about the benefits and good things that come along with living a healthy lifetstyle, and we still choose to follow the same old routines and end up in the same place we started. Why do we tend to follow these same destructive routines, habits and issues? When we do something for a long period of time, we become very comfortable with the results, positive or negavite. I feel the way to overcome this is by being open to learning a new way of thinking. How do we expand on our thought process? Educating individuals about their body, helping them meet some goals, motivation, suggesting different techniques to get them excited to be living a happier, more fulfiled and healthier lifestyle."
