This time of year is Kid’s Fun Time! We offer a wide variety of activities for children of all ages, including our Holiday Camps, and you can register online.     Click Here for Big Vanilla Camps!

Kids Club is a convenient child care service while at the club.

BVAC realizes that parenting and regular exercise is a challenge. We make it possible for you to keep up with your health routine by offering you an option for child care while you are at the club. Affordable and safe. We believe that it is important for you to feel comfortable and relaxed while working out. Knowing that your child is being well cared for will enhance your experience at Big V.

Our goal is to provide a safe, fun and stimulating environment for your child. (PLEASE NOTE: Parents are not allowed to leave their children in KIDS CLUB and leave the building. The program is intended to be used while the parents or guardians are working out or relaxing in the lounge.) Please see programs below for extended child care.

KIDS CLUB HOURS
Monday through Friday: 8:20 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Saturday: May 31 - September 12, 8:20 a.m. - 12 noon.
*Must be 1 yr. old and walking.

INFANT CARE HOURS**
Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Evenings
Mon/Wed 4:00 - 6:30 p.m.
**$3.00 per session
(By Appointment Only. Same-Day Drop-Ins – should call ahead for availability.)

Kids Club Special Events
All special programs require that you register your child prior to the event, Except for Movie Night. For the following programs: Registration closes 3 days prior to the event. Same day registrations will not be accepted. Big Vanilla reserves the right to cancel a class and make schedule changes when necessary. Program will be cancelled if a minimum of 5 registrants have not been received. All payments are non-refundable and any changes may result in a fee.

Date Night

Do you need time for you and your loved one or maybe time for yourself to have a special evening to dine out or go to a movie or shopping? We will provide dinner, snacks, games, crafts and a movie.
Maximum Number of Participants: 20

Drop ‘n Shop

Parents do you need some time alone to get some shopping done during the holiday season??? Can’t find anything for your child to do so you can do that “special Shopping”? Big Vanilla has the answer. You can leave your child in our capable hands at Big Vanilla. Your child will have lunch, play games, crafts and watch a movie. You can have 5 hours to yourself knowing that your child is safe and having fun.
Maximum Number of Participants: 12 participants. Children must be potty trained
Ages: 3 - 10 years
Fees: Members: $27 for first child , $17 for each additional sibling; Non-Members: $30 for first child, $20 for each additional sibling
Primary Activity Room: Big V Kids Fitness Center
Dates: December 5, 12 and 19.
Times: 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Holiday Camp V

On selected school holidays throughout the year, your child can participate in various activities throughout the day. Example of activities: Rock climbing, crafts, swimming, games, movies. Children must bring their own lunch, swim suit and towel. Please no Nut products. To participate in activities children should be dressed appropriately, No CROCS or sandals allowed. Held in Big V Kids Gym.
Maximum Number of Participants: 24
Ages: 4.5-10 years
Fees: Members: $42, $32 for additional sibling; Non-Members: $49, $39 for additional sibling
Primary Activity Room: Big V Kids Fitness Center
Fall Dates: September 28, October 16, November 23, November 24, November 25, November 27 (special time 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. only on 27th), December 28, December 29, and December 30.
Times: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. No before or after care available.

Movie Night (Members can bring guests!)

Parents must remain in the club. Let your kids enjoy G or PG rated movies with popcorn and beverage while you enjoy the club or the movie with your child. We encourage you to bring a pillow or sleeping bag for your child. Have your children come dressed in pajamas and be ready for bed when you take them home.
Maximum Number of Participants: 20
Ages: 3-12 years
Primary Activity Room: Community Center
Dates: June 26, July 31, August 28, September 25, and October 23.

2009: June - "Karate Kid" (PG); July - "Homeward Bound" (G); August - "Mighty Ducks" (PG); September - "Flight of the Navigator" (PG); October - "Dennis the Menace Strikes Again" (G); November - "Lassie" (PG); December - "Prancer" (PG).

Times: 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Big Vanilla offers the finest in Summer Camps each year for your children and grandchildren. Registration for Summer Camps is still open but limited space available. Half Day Camp is full for the summer. Openings still available at our Pasadena location.
