Total Teen Training

This is a six week program starting on September 4. The goal of the program will be to give teens the knowledge and confidence to change their lives. I will incorporate cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training into the two (2) hour long sessions each week. There will be instruction on nutrition and weight management. Coaching will be available by phone or email during the course of the program.

“Girls Only” Fitness Boot Camp

Girls' Boot CampLooking for something different this Fall? This camp will offer participants aerobic, strength and core conditioning through activities such as kickboxing, outdoor running, calisthenics, push-ups, agility drills, circuit training, pilates, rock climbing, swimming and stability ball. Each day of camp has a different theme and includes “talk time” to discuss proper nutrition and healthy eating habits. Participants will end the day with yoga and journal writing. “Ladies Only” Boot Camp Intensive

This 4 week intensive Boot Camp training is for “Ladies Only” who want a challenge. Get the latest in “Functional Training,” using the Bosu, medicine balls, hurdles, agility ladders and more. B-Camp

Innovative boot camp training evolved into a unique and personalized challenge. The focus is on transformation through strength training, core stability, yoga exercises and mental toughness for goal achievement. Program includes nutritional guidance for weight loss and athletic performance. Instructor has military training (airborne infantry) and coached boxing for ten years at the U.S. Naval Academy. Program designed for all levels.

All-American Athletic Conditioning

Strength and conditioning for high school/college athletes designed by a fitness professional. This is a 6-week program.
