Big V Group Fitness
Group Fitness at Big Vanilla Arnold will help you become a part of something really special. It is your chance to explore a way of taking your fitness level to new heights, and to make friends at the same time! It’s like getting a Personal Trainer for free. Our class schedule has something for everyone - from Group Strength, to Yoga, Pilates, Cycling, Step, Boot Camp, Hip Hop, Belly Dance and Bosu training.
Based on numerous fitness studies that have been conducted over the years, we know that people who work out in a group get better results and stay members longer than machine-only members. Why? It's because of our world class instructors that coach you, fantastic music to motivate you, and other members to help keep you going when you feel like quitting!
Don't worry if you have never taken a group fitness class before. All of our classes are multilevel, which means beginners as well as advanced exercisers are in the same class. The first time you take a group fitness class be sure to tell the instructor you are new to class and if you have any limitations. Our certified instructors will show modifications to high impact and more complex moves so that everyone can enjoy the class at their own pace. You can go at your own pace in any class, and low intensity/impact options will always be shown. We want your first experience to be unforgettable so that you continue to come back week after week. That is our goal.
We offer beginner clinics for Step, Cycling, Yoga and Pilates, two Saturdays each month. Group fitness classes are an excellent way to improve your strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance, as well as improve mind and body awareness. All group fitness classes are free to club members.

Join Amy this summer for her special dance based pilates to strengthen your core and increase flexibility.
Prana Yama Yoga w/ Gretchen
Prana is our breath our life force, it sustains the body and brings it to life. Prana Yama is breath control the ancient yogis practiced breath control to enhance their aliveness and well being. In this intro we will learn basic Prana Yama and integrate it into our asana flow greatly enhancing our yoga practice, cleaning the body and creating space. So come deepen yourself awareness and feel the interconnectedness of everything.

This Class is for the active adult, who is looking to maintain lean muscle mass, range of motion, posture and balance. This class is 1.5 hours in length allowing for deep stretching at the conclusion.
Forever Fit Club
“Forever Fit Club” consists of 30-minutes of low impact aerobic conditioning exercises followed by 30-minutes of strength conditioning and appropriate stretching exercises for persons 55 years and older. On occasion, the class will have various themes such as music from the 50’s and 60’s; Country, Hawaiian, etc. Attention will be given to target heart rate training, and modifications for exercises will be shown. Members will be getting fit and socializing with their peers simultaneously. Special Birthday celebrations and themed gathering in café.
Try Our ZUMBA Class
Wednesday mornings at 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Ditch the workout and join the party! You will experience a total body workout with the hottest Latin rhythms and moves! Have fun and get fit ... no experience necessary!
