Pool Party

Ages: Recommended for 4 years and up. Non-swimmers may wear coastguard approved life vests. No arm band floats or rings allowed.
2-Hour Swimming & Celebrating Party: 1.5 hours of swimming in the Main or Multi-Purpose pool followed by 30-minutes to celebrate at tables reserved and decorated just for you on our Main Pool deck. Party host will be ready with pool games to play if you choose.
Fees: $285 members / $300 non-members for up to 15 swimmers. $15 per additional swimmer, maximum number is 20. A non-refundable $100 deposit required. Big Slide available for additional charge. Tennis Party

Ages: 4 years and older
1.5-Hour Tennis & Celebrating Party: Children enjoy 1-hour of tennis instruction/clinic with a tennis professional and 30-minutes for birthday celebration.

Martial Arts Party

Ages: 3 years and older 2-Hour Martial Arts & Celebration Party: Let your child be a Black Belt for the day during an action packed Martial Arts party at Big Vanilla’s Sherman’s Martial Arts Center. Your group will be led by qualified Black Belt Instructors for an afternoon of fun, games, basic Karate instruction, basic tumbling instruction, and more.
Fees: Members $200 / Non-members $250 for up to 15 participants. $15 per additional participant, maximum number is 25. Please note: Martial Arts parties also include personalized invitations, pizza, and free one-week certificates for all participants. Kids Themed Party

Ages: 3 years and older
2-Hour Themed Party - Princess/Prince, Pirate, Sports Party, Puppy Party, or Race Car Party and NEW THEMES Dinosaur or Under the Sea: Kids enjoy 2 hours of exclusive use of our party room in the new Kids Fitness Center. Activities include exploring on our Gerstung Climbing Equipment, themed crafts, games, & face painting.

Dance Craze Party

Ages: 6 years and older
2-Hour Dance Craze & Celebration Party: Kids will have a blast learning expressive movements and steps for a choreographed routine while working on coordination and flexibility. The party will include time for warm up, learning dance steps for a routine, playing games using the dance steps they learned, and the celebration. Great for kids up to age 16!

Rock Climbing Parties

Ages: 6 years and older
2-Hour Climbing & Celebration Party: Climb for up to 1 hour (including harnessing, rules, and instructions), 30 minutes for cake break, return to Rock Wall for 30 more minutes of climbing or for the amount of time remaining, unless otherwise specified.
Fees: $285 members / $300 non-members for up to 10 climbers, maximum is 15. $20 each additional climber up to 15 climbers and $30 each additional climber beyond 15 climbers. A non-refundable $100 deposit required. For more information contact mbulkley@bigvanilla.com

1-Hour Climbing Only Party

No setup, just climbing: Climb for 1 hour which includes harnessing, rules, and instructions.

Combo Parties

Can’t decide which type of party your child will love the most? Then a Big V Combo Party is right for you! Maybe they want to be a princess for the day but they love to swim. Or maybe your future tennis pro also wants to climb Mount Everest. Choose any two types of parties for an additional $100 and you will have the best of both worlds. Your group will have 1 hour of each activity and 30 minutes for a celebration in a party table area. The number of participants may not exceed the maximum number allowed at either activity. For example: Rock Climbing can not exceed 15 participants. You may book your party today by calling any manager of either party type.

I wanted to send you a note to tell you what a great time we had at Amy's party yesterday. All four of the young ladies who worked the party were very polite, helpful, nice, and hard working. They did an awesome job. I have done about every sort of birthday party and I have to say that this was well worth the money spent. I was not stressed at all and actually got to enjoy the kids and talking with the parents.

Amy had a great time also and the ladies made it all about her.

I wanted to thank you for a GREAT party today. Sophia and her friends really had fun and it was the easiest birthday party we’ve had! The 3 gals you had on staff were truly a BIG help, very willing to do anything, took control of the whole party so me & my husband could actually enjoy it ourselves. They even helped us to and from our car on this super cold day! I’d recommend having a birthday party there to any of our friends. Thanks again for a fantastic party!

We had a great time, thanks so much for allowing the extra kids. I think we ended up with 26. The hostesses were great and she had a great time. We'll do something there again next year.

"The party went very well; Garrett and his friends really had a lot of fun. Sara (and her team) did an excellent job with the children and organizing their activities! She asked me questions about what we wanted, and then she took charge. The team made it very easy for us to participate in the party as opposed to playing host. The children really enjoyed climbing on the equipment, coloring their own hacky sack (perfect), playing with the parachute and loved the "clean up your back yard" game. There was a nice balance of free play and organized activity.

There was only one family in attendance who were current members of the club; I know a number of families were impressed by the party and the facility; so you may get future party requests or new members."

I am just letting you know what a wonderful job the ladies did on Sunday to make my son's birthday special. They went above and beyond our expectation and were very attentive to the children. Everyone had a great time.

Dade attended a birthday party at Big V on 9/13 from 3:30-5:30 pm and the attendants did a fabulous job. The kids were well entertained and all party details were handled for the guests. Several moms commented on the great job all the employees were doing and how they were just taking care of everything. Seems like the combo of 'younger' attendant with a 'mom' attendant really got all the bases covered.

We had a blast. Thank you. I am signing both of my daughters up for their special day.

The party was a success in my book and I'm sure Jenna would agree. The party host and hostesses were very attentive to the children and my needs. They were very helpful with the logistics (serving food, etc.) and interacting with the kids. Many of the parents stayed and I think were also impressed by the facility and the staff. I had one very happy four year old.

"Big Vanilla Swim Parties Rock! We recently had our 8 year old twin’s birthday party at Big Vanilla’s pool. It was a wonderful experience! It was easy and all of the kids had a blast! The party hosts were fantastic! They were attentive to the kids needs, as well as made sure that we had everything we needed. The guards made sure it was safe for the kids, easing our minds. Everything we needed, except for the food and drinks, was provided –invitations, balloons, cups, napkins, plates, tablecloths, etc. That was a nice surprise!

Rock Wall Party A Success!
I just wanted to take a minute to express my great delight wth Alexanders Birthday party on Saturday. It was the most wonderful experience, it was better than I could have imagined! I was in the military for 10 years and I have seen military manuvers that were not as well run as my sons party. I do have one small complaint - and it's about me. I can not remember the name of the 2 amazing staff members that ran the party and I really want my son to write them each a thank you note.
Please let your staff know that they ROCK!!!

The party was fantastic! The kids had a great time. In fact, one of the parents mentioned that their daughter wanted to have her party at the Big V in June.
The girls working the party were so helpful! They even went out of the way to get folding chairs for some of the older adults that attended. Everything ran smoothly!
