The physician referral program allows for current non-members to enroll in Big Vanilla Wellness Programs for the reduced membership of $90 for 12 weeks (a $285 value.)

• Therapeutic Massage - Our therapists have years of experience working with various medical conditions and have specialized training in orthopedic and other therapeutic modalities. ~ $70
• Nutritional Consultation - Our Lifestyle Nutritional Consulting is a personalized, results-oriented approach that will help you to reach a new level of health and well-being. ~ $90
• Aquatics Classes - We offer several choices including Aqua Arthritis (open to any medical/joint issue), Ai Chi, Aqua Yoga/Pilates,Interval Conditioning, and Diabetic Water Class. Class times vary - see current schedule. ~ $6/class
• Physical Therapy Assessment - A complete musculoskeletal evaluation, including posture and muscle balance, is available. This service is beneficial for clients with a history of any type of orthopedic injury such as low back or neck pain. ~ $90
• Small Group Resistance and Cardio Training - Our specialized team of fitness professionals offer various times for training our medical wellness clients. Up to 6 people in a class. ~ $15/class
• Lecture Series - Presented by medical and wellness professionals, subjects include, but are not limited to, nutrition, joint care, strength and endurance, relaxation, sleep issues and many other subjects of interest to our members. ~ Free
• Ask The Doc - Each week on Tuesday or Wednesday mornings we have a different medical practitioner in-house where you can get 15 minutes of Q&A time. A reservation is required. ~ Free
