Big V Small Group Personal Training
The Buddy System
Weight training with a partner is more fun! In this small group setting you will learn new exercises, how to spot a lifting buddy, proper lifting form and how motivating a training cohort can be. All fitness levels are welcome and bringing a buddy is optional. Class size is limited to 4 participants because workouts are individualized. Minimum 2 participants.

Fees: $35 per session for 4 weeks

Wonderful Abs

B-Camp
Innovative boot camp training evolved into a unique and personalized challenge. The focus is on transformation through strength training, core stability, yoga exercises and mental toughness for goal achievement. Program includes nutritional guidance for weight loss and athletic performance. Instructor has military training (airborne infantry) and coached boxing for ten years at the U.S. Naval Academy. Program designed for all levels.

30-Minute Extreme Toning
Think you don’t have time to work out? This workout will strengthen, tone and challenge your body like never before in just 30 minutes. Now is the time to work off all of that holiday food! Instructor also teaches kickboxing and is a prior military service-member. Don’t wait! Designed for all levels.
Glorious Glutes & Astounding Abdominals
Don’t let the holiday season add to your abdominals and bloom in your glutes. Come join my individual or group training class that involves tightening, sculpting, and reshaping the glutes and the abdominals to where your heart desires. I have 125 abdominal exercises so you will never get tired of doing the same old thing.
All-American Athletic Conditioning
Strength and conditioning for high school/college athletes designed by a fitness professional. This is a 6-week program.
