Cardio Combat
Based on traditional cardio kickboxing; features cardio-pumping music, calorie burning and muscle defining workouts; designed for a total body conditioning and training program that teaches basic self-defense techniques through various styles of martial arts studied by Jonathan. This is a boot camp styled kickboxing-training program that is geared to help you get fit, get toned!

W.O.W. (Women On Weights)
Enhance your workout program with a certified fitness trainer. Resistance training provides toning and skeletal support for core and postural strengthening. Avoid back pain, stand taller, reduce risk of injury. Bonus:Look better in your jeans!
B-Camp: The Original Series
Demanding and intense, this is total body conditioning at its best for when you are willing to take your fitness to the next level. Your starting point doesn’t matter, but your commitment to be the best does make the difference; only the serious should apply.
Mid-Morning B-Camp
Focus for this twice a week mid-morning class is on intense cardio conditioning, core-stability, strength work and athletic mindset. Work hard, get lean, get toned and get strong!
Fit Test
Fitness assessment and nutritional guidelines as preparation for serious training. This two session appointment will cover conditioning fundamentals and measure intensity and commitment. 50% of the fee can be applied towards the cost of the B-Camp training.
Proven to strengthen, lengthen and tone with less time than traditional weight training! These machines challenge your body and every little muscle you have. A Gravity certified trainer is always present to insure proper form and execution to keep you safe and in the game! Twice a week for 30 minutes a class or once a week for an hour - for results you can measure and see.
