Healing Circles Looking for a place to de-stress from everyday issues that affect your well-being? Then join us for a monthly Healing Circle facilitated by our Reiki Master Donna Pia Vocci. This healing experience is for both new-comers and those initiated in the healing experience known as Energy Work. If you are ready to release the mental and emotional toxins that compromise your joy this circle is for you! All participants will receive a brief overview, a 10 minute Reiki attunement, and the effect of the raised vibration of the group for additional quantum healing. We will review the basics of deep breathing, learn to make HADO H2O, and self-healing techniques for centering and balancing one's mind, body and spirit. (HADO stands for Healing And Discovering Ourselves and is based on the healing intention projected into a bottle of water. This is based on the research of Dr. Masaru Emoto, the author of The Secret Life of Water, and other works that expand on the basics of HADO.
