Get ready for the St. Jude Fund Raiser 5K Run for Big Vanilla Pasadena and Arnold Clubs! October 30 at 8 a.m. @ Big Vanilla Arnold (Sign in begins 6:45 a.m.). BIGGER AND BETTER! This year we hope to break our record and donate over $10,000 to the Children of St. Jude. This is our third Halloween themed 5k Charity Race and we hope you will join us for the fun! Great Program helps you "Take It Off!" The program promises a two pound a week loss or 20 pounds in 12 weeks. This program was developed to work with individuals who are active by fitness professionals and nutritionist. You will be eating REAL, FRESH, HEALTHY food three meals a day and supplementing with protien snacks twice a day. During the program you will meet with a counselor once a week. Recipes and educational materials are provided weekly along with support and accountability.
