Rock Wall and Beyond
… a Mind/Body Challenge for Kids

Rock climbing is an excellent choice of an alternate form of exercise and activity for kids who are looking for something different! This 2-day series is a unique experience for kids who will be challenged physically and mentally. With a focus on indoor rock climbing, additional physical and mental challenges will be introduced through a variety of fitness activities, games, and group challenges. This class will really give children something new to talk about at the dinner table! All climbing gear is provided with the exception of climbing shoes. Sneakers and gym attire required. Bottled water recommended.
