Kids Club is a convenient child care service while at the club.

BVAC realizes that parenting and regular exercise is a challenge. We make it possible for you to keep up with your health routine by offering you an option for child care while you are at the club. Affordable and safe. We believe that it is important for you to feel comfortable and relaxed while working out. Knowing that your child is being well cared for will enhance your experience at Big V.

Our goal is to provide a safe, fun and stimulating environment for your child. (PLEASE NOTE: Parents are not allowed to leave their children in KIDS CLUB and leave the building. The program is intended to be used while the parents or guardians are working out or relaxing in the lounge.) Please see programs below for extended child care.

KIDS CLUB HOURS
Monday through Friday: 8:20 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Saturday: 8:20 a.m. - 12 noon
*Must be 1 yr. old and walking.
Sunday: 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

INFANT CARE HOURS**
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday 8:30 a.m. - 12 noon
Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Evenings
Mon/Wed 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.

Current Special Events: All programs require that you register your child prior to the event, Except for Movie Night.

Same day registrations will not be allowed. Program will be cancelled if a minimum of 5 registrants have not been received. All registrations must be paid in full, 3 days prior to the event.

Date Night

Do you need time for you and your loved one or maybe time for yourself to have a special evening to dine out or go to a movie or shopping? We will provide dinner, snacks, games, crafts and a movie.
Maximum Number of Participants: 20
Ages: 3-7 years, and toilet trained
Fees: Members: $18, $12 for additional sibling; Non-Members: $25, $15 for additional sibling
Registration closes 3 days before the event. No same day registrations.
Primary Activity Room: Big V Kids Fitness Center
Dates & Times: First Friday of the month, 5-9 p.m., June 1, July 6, August 3, and September 7

Movie Night

Parents must remain in the club. Let your kids enjoy G or PG rated movies with popcorn and beverage while you enjoy the club. Registration is not required for movie night.

Ages: 3-12 years
Fees: Free, club members only

Dates & Times: June 28, July 25, and August 22, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Drop ‘n Go/Drop ‘n Shop

Need some time on a Saturday for yourself, or your spouse, without the children? Big Vanilla is the place to go. You can drop off your child at Big Vanilla and enjoy 4 hours to yourself. Your child will have lunch, play games, crafts and watch a movie. You will be able to leave the club knowing that your child is in good hands.

Holiday Camp V

On selected school holidays throughout the year, your child can participate in various activities throughout the day. Example of activities: rock climbing, dance games, movies. Lunch and snacks included. Children will be grouped according to age whenever possible.

Ages: 4-12 years
Fees: Members: $35, $28 for additional sibling; Non-Members: $45, $38 for additional sibling
