Get ready for the St. Jude Fund Raiser 5K Run for Big Vanilla Pasadena and Arnold Clubs! October 30 at 8 a.m. @ Big Vanilla Arnold (Sign in begins 6:45 a.m.). BIGGER AND BETTER! This year we hope to break our record and donate over $10,000 to the Children of St. Jude. This is our third Halloween themed 5k Charity Race and we hope you will join us for the fun! Costumes are optional but encouraged! Ages 13 and up are welcome to register. See last year's Race facts and photos. The race will begin at the Anne Arundel Community College Stadium and end here at Big Vanilla. Prizes for runners and costumes will be awarded. Come to the Pasadena Adult Poolside Party on Saturday, July 17th! This party will be from 7:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. and is for persons 21 years old or older. Live music by local Minivan Halen! Boot Camp

The Big Vanilla offers a Boot Camp class with a no excuse attitude. The question is ... are you up for a challenge and are you willing to commit to three days of exercise to see your fitness level improve? To improve your level of fitness our instructor will guide you through a series of exercises that will target improvements in strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. Furthermore, nutritional suggestions will be given with the intent to encourage better eating habits. Register online now!

Take It Off Weight Loss Program

Take It Off Weight Loss Program Rocks!Take It Off Weight loss program: This smart weight loss program is a twelve week eating plan that promises 2 pounds a week or final weight loss of 20 pounds in 12 weeks when followed. You will be eating REAL, FRESH, HEALTHY food three meals a day and supplementing with protein snacks twice a day. During the program you will meet with a certified Take It Off weight loss counselor once a week. Recipes and educational materials are provided weekly along with support and accountability. Introduction to Yoga Workshop
