Aqua Arthritis

Taught by an Arthritis Foundation certified instructor. Promotes range of motion and flexibility for anyone who has been diagnosed with arthritis or routinely experiences joint pain, stiffness, and or limited range of motion. Classes are conducted in our warm water indoor pool. The ability to swim is not required.

Fees: No fees for members/$8.00 per class or $70 for a 10 visit punch pass for non-members
