In the event of inclement weather/hazardous condition The Big Vanilla Athletic club will follow Anne Arundel County Schools closing policy.

1. If AA Co schools are closed due to hazardous weather conditions, all morning Group fitness classes and Kids programs will be canceled. Evening classes and kids program will be held at the discretion of the instructor. Please check the website, or call the club for hours.
2. If AA Co schools have a ONE-hour delay; there will be no early morning classes. The 8:30, 9:30 and 10:30 a.m. classes will be delayed ONE hour. Any kids program scheduled before 9:30 a.m.. will be canceled.
3. If AA Co schools have a TWO-hour delay; there will be no early morning classes. The 9:30, and 10:30 a.m. will be delayed ONE hour. Any kids program scheduled before 10:30 a.m. will be canceled.

Aquatics: If AA County Public Schools are closed or have a delayed opening there will be no morning Aquatics lessons or classes. Afternoon/Evening classes will follow their normal schedule, weather permitting. The pool will be open on normal schedule unless the entire Big Vanilla Athletic Club is closed.

School closing – No Inclement weather

If AA Co. Schools CLOSE due to THE THREAT of inclement weather, all classes and programs will run as normally scheduled. If inclement weather begins please check the website or call the club for class and program times.

*Decisions to cancel or modify classes or programs will be made at 1 p.m., 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
