ADULT WATER FITNESS PROGRAMS H2O Aerobics
A full body workout incorporating a safe and fun way to use water as one big resistance machine. Anything goes in this class, including: weights, noodles, cardiovascular intervals, deep water conditioning, hydro-tone, and step.
Aqua Jog Class
A one-hour long class covers all basic energy levels in one class: cardio, strength training and flexibility. Class is designed to burn fat without stressing joints and muscles.
Aqua Arthritis
Taught by an Arthritis Foundation certified instructor. Promotes range of motion and flexibility for anyone who has been diagnosed with arthritis or routinely experiences joint pain, stiffness, and or limited range of motion. Classes are conducted in our warm water indoor pool. The ability to swim is not required.

Rockin H20
A pool party workout designed for all ages and fitness levels, perfect for the whole family or groups looking for something fun to do together. Bored with your current exercise or fitness routine? Shake it up as you stay cool and boogie to a variety of tunes! Join this exhilarating fitness class to experience a challenging water-based workout that combines step, cardio-kickboxing, yoga, and dance moves with traditional aqua aerobic disciplines. Different and fun themes each time – Around the World, Sports, Kickboxing, Dance, Boot Camp, Salsa, etc.
Hydro Therapy
A full body low impact workout adaptable for persons with arthritis, fibromyalgia, joint pain, back pain, injuries, and post surgical rehabilitation. The exercises are designed to increase metabolism, build muscle tone and strength, improve balance, relieve tension and increase flexibility.
